I am a community-rooted individual with a strong passion for helping others and continuing to grow through new learning opportunities. As a married mother of four, with three beloved fur babies, family is at the heart of who I am. My 19 years of marriage have shaped my values of commitment, patience, teamwork, and resilience—qualities I bring into both my personal and professional life.

I have worked with Berens River Student Services for the past six years, beginning as a Home Placement Counsellor and later transitioning into the post-secondary position. Through this experience, I have continued to strengthen my commitment to supporting students, families, and the community. I truly enjoy watching our students succeed, reach milestones, and complete the goals they have worked hard to achieve. I believe our Education Department has a strong working group, built on collaboration, shared goals, and a genuine dedication to helping learners succeed.

I enjoy spending time with family and friends, attending gatherings, and taking part in outdoor activities that bring people together. I value meaningful connections, kindness, and being actively involved in the community. I also enjoy learning new things and welcome opportunities that challenge me to build my skills, broaden my perspective, and contribute in positive ways.
